Initial Evaluation of Treatment Facilities Based on Documentation Review
SWAP can provide environmental permit document preparation including but not limited to Colorado Discharge Permit associated with construction activities, State dewatering permits, Army Corp of Engineers 404 and Local Grading or land disturbance activity permits.
Asset Inspections
SWAP can provide review of plans for constructibility and completeness to assist the Developer and/or the design engineer in determining more efficient or cost effective alternatives to erosion and sediment control. The work would likely involve plan reviews, site visits and investigations, meetings with the developer, design engineer, local jurisdiction, and others, review of phasing plans, and any other pertinent information to better qualify the design.
Owner & Regulatory Authority Reporting
SWAP can provide review of plans for constructibility and completeness to assist the Developer and/or the design engineer in determining more efficient or cost effective alternatives to site management in relation to erosion and sediment control. The work would likely involve plan reviews, site visits and investigations, meetings with the developer, design engineer, local jurisdiction, and others.
Maintenance and Repair Budgeting
SWAP can conduct the regulating authority’s required observation reports in relation to environmental permitting. In most cases this would involve documented reports every fourteen days and within forty eight hours after a precipitation event that would cause run-off. Reports would be formatted in Microsoft programs unless otherwise requested. Reports and photos will be submitted and maintained electronically.
Maintenance & Repair Contracting
SWAP can provide a monthly audit of stormwater related documents and provide updates and changes as needed. Reports of these changes will be maintained with the permit documents.
Contract Management
SWAP can provide coordination with sub contractors relating to stormwater management on erosion and sediment control plan changes and best management practice installation, repair, replacement and removal.
Maintenance & Repair Oversight
SWAP can oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure it meets the expectation of the regulatory authority and owner.
Owner & Regulatory Authority Coordination & Communication
SWAP can provide required inspection and maintenance reports to the regulating authority and coordinate field meetings and project status communication.
Meetings Owner, Regulatory Authority, Board, & Contractor
SWAP can coordinate and manage project planning and status meetings with owners, contractors and regulatory authorities including attending Board meetings and providing project reports.
Coordination with Existing Maintenance Contractors
SWAP can communicate and oversee maintenance and repair needs for drainage facilities if existing contractors are not proficient with the management of drainage facilities.
Other
SWAP can coordinate with Mile High Flood District as needed. SWAP can also provide all services related to other owned assets, such as roads, alleys, parking lots, signage, lighting, and more.
