Greg Toler is a real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in all phases of project development including site and market analysis, feasibility, land acquisition, entitlement, design and construction management, and metropolitan district engineering services. Greg joined SWAP in 2018 to be the Manager of a team of professionals that has experience with over 75 Metro Districts throughout Colorado.
As a district engineer and project manager, Brandon provides engineering and construction management services to multiple special districts. Brandon has over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction and 4+ years working with special districts.
Tanna has over 30 years of experience in utility operation and construction as a foreman, supervisor, civil inspector and project manager with over 15 years experience in stormwater management and drainage. Tanna is proficient in all construction processes from administration to field services.
